Who You Are:

You are a well-rounded, data-driven, results oriented demand generation leader who has helped implement best practices in a rapidly scaling, B2B SaaS businesses with a sales-led motion. 

You have a deep understanding of IT buyers, and have a track record of successfully generating pipeline in new markets and setting up new marketing channels. You can speak to how your previous work has driven revenue.

You are as comfortable rolling up your sleeves to deliver tactically as you are in thinking through  and owning strategy. You are excited to help own and build new (and rebuild existing) demand generation programs to help a business move upmarket.

You use data to influence decisions and directions, and dive deep into customer personas and insights to truly understand the target audience, and their buyer journey. You appreciate the need to continuously iterate to meet business needs and industry trends, and can work effectively both autonomously and as part of a collaborative team. 

You are a student of your craft and are always trying to stay at the cutting edge of marketing strategy and tactics.

What Excites You:

  • Leading  the demand generation function as an early member of the marketing team, blending hands-on execution with strategic planning.
  • Collaborating cross-functionally with sales, customer success, product and product marketing and customer success to deeply understand our ICP, buyer’s journey. Create and own demand gen strategy and integrated campaigns that drive awareness, qualified leads and pipeline in current and new market segments.
  • Own end-to-end campaign execution, collaborating with content marketing, paid marketing, marketing ops and sales development.
  • Working closely with marketing ops and data analytics to build out campaign reporting, adjust attribution models, and make data driven decisions to optimize campaign effectiveness and efficiency.
  • Collaborating closely with our Channel Sales team to strategize and execute on innovative channel marketing programs to drive channel-initiated pipeline.
  • Designing, hiring and retaining a high performing team over time to support scaling the business.
  • Working both in-person and remotely to meet business needs and project demands. (The expected in-office commitment is 2-3 days a week, and the office is located in downtown SFO on New Montgomery Street.)

What Gets Our Attention:

  • At least 5 years of Demand Generation Marketing experience at a B2B SaaS company, with a proven track record of driving revenue growth.
  • Your ability to leverage customer feedback to design and execute full–funnel campaigns.
  • Deep expertise in social and/or email with a successful track record of setting up new channels and setting and scaling vertical-focused campaigns.
  • A strong data-driven mindset and approach.
  • Outstanding communication skills that enable you to communicate with key stakeholders at all levels, and build cross-functional relationships.

What’s In It For You:

  • Competitive annual base salary ranging from $160,000 - $185,000 based on demonstrated competencies. This annual base salary range represents the expected compensation for candidates in the San Francisco Bay Area.
