Spokeo is looking for an extraordinary Recruiting Coordinator to assist the Head of Recruiting and Recruiting team in all aspects of the interview process. The coordinator will work closely with our in-house recruiters, candidates, agencies, and hiring managers to create a positive experience for every candidate.
Day-to-Day Tasks of the Position Include:
Coordinate and facilitate the interview process including setting up phone screens, on-site interviews, booking travel accommodations, sending out calendar invites, etc.
Source talent with the guidance of the Head of Recruiting and recruiters.
Act as liaison between Spokeo and candidates, ensure that application forms are filled out accordingly, interviews run on time, conference rooms are always tidy pre-interview, provide candidates a tour of the office and ensure the candidate experience is exceptional!
Draft and post job descriptions on multiple websites.
Conduct compensation research.
Track and add applicant’s information, resume and hiring manager comments into applicant tracking systems.
Manage recruiting expenses, staying on top of what is within budget.
Purchase candidate merchandise and manage inventory.
Plan and coordinate travel for all recruiting events: career fairs, mixers, info sessions, etc.
Support the operations of recruiting projects.
Provide administrative support to the recruiting team as needed.
Bachelor's degree required.
0-1 years of Recruiting or HR experience preferred.
Applicant tracking system experience (Greenhouse preferred).
Excellent communicator that transcends into emails, calls and in-person.
Exceptional customer service and organizational skills.
High attention to detail.
Must be able to take direction, and handle changing priorities, work well independently and in a team environment.
Willingness to travel outside of the office to assist with recruiting events, some of which will occur out of state
Ability to handle confidential information in a professional manner
