We are Spliced Inc. and we’re looking for an IT Manager.
The Role:
As an already experienced IT Manager, you’ll be at home leading and supporting the smooth technical operations of our remote first, AAA development studio. Owning our inventory strategy, triage/ticketing system and emergent service requests for the IT team will be something you're more than familiar with. You will also be responsible for, but not limited to:
- Owning the company-wide hardware procurement inventory strategy (evaluating, planning and purchasing current and/or new hardware and software).
- Development and maintenance of new and existing processes.
- Defined/ongoing project work for a team of IT support staff.
- Account and domain-based SSO management.
- Negotiating and managing all relationships with external software and hardware vendors.
- Audits, software integrations and recommend company-wide best practices for authentication and security.
- Software licensing systems and administration.
- Operating IT for a distributed team.
About You:

As such, we are looking for someone who recognises the importance of tech that works.
You’ll be at home in an environment where users are working on a daily basis with Google Workspace, Slack, JIRA, Confluence and Perforce. Additionally, general Cloud account administration will be key (AWS auditing, cost monitoring) and similar skills for GCP. Furthermore:
- Designing/implementing the automation of IT tasks.
- Any experience with Game Dev Hardware (or similar) advantageous.
- Any experience with Game Dev Software (such as Unreal, art/audio, parsec, RDP) advantageous.
