Splice seeks a full-time Visual Designer to join the creative team to support various marketing efforts and advertising campaigns. You’ll maintain and foster the Splice brand at its core, and set the bar for tone and quality across the organization at large. You’ll be responsible for the creative behind key product launches as well as banner Artist and Industry partnerships and activations.
What you’ll do:
Elevate and evolve the Splice brand across digital, print, and physical experiences
Collaborate with the Marketing Team to create compelling multi-channel campaigns around product launches and brand partnerships
Collaborate with the Marketing Team to ideate and implement new advertising campaigns to drive signups.
Apply, manage and refine the Splice brand design system
Collaborate with the Brand team, Product team and Engineering to successfully implement your work from start to finish
Collaborate with the Artist team to create compelling creative for top-tier artist partnerships
Who you are:
4+ years relevant experience in-house or in-studio
Ability to translate design systems across multiple platforms
Experience working collaboratively with other designers, photographers, and creative contributors
You clearly communicate ideas
Strong attention to detail
You’re able to storyboard, wireframe, and sketch ideas to effectively relay your thoughts to your collaborators
You’re well versed in music and have a love for creator culture
You foster strong working relationships with team members and cross-functional partners
Ability to engage in brainstorming sessions and constructive design critiques
Able to independently drive multiple projects at a time, meet tight deadlines, and push projects further than expected
