Responsibilities 

As a Tech Talent Acquisition specialist, you will take a major part in the company's growth by managing the full E2E recruiting lifecycle.

A full-time challenging position in our Natanya office.

 

Required skills 

  • 1-2 years of experience as a Talent Acquisition.
  • Proven experience in recruiting tech positions (A Must) , including using diverse and multiple sourcing methods/channels, building a qualified and sustainable pipeline.
  • Proven experience with E2E recruitment lifecycle from sourcing , interviews, reference check and offer to On boarding phase.
  • Plan employee referral programs
  • Create and present KPI reports
  • Assure unique employee experience
  • Can-do approach, high energy, great interpersonal skills, Sense of urgency, self motivated, team player, creative and positive approach.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • BA in a relevant related discipline
  • Experience with GreenHouse - advantage
