Specright is looking to hire a Solution Architect (Salesforce Consultant) within our Product Management Team. In this role you will be responsible for evaluating customer business processes, approvals, work flows; assisting in the clean hand-off between Sales, Customer Success, and Product; and working collaboratively to discover & define architecture blueprint with the Customer and Project Manager. Our solution is built on the Salesforce Platform and as such, having worked closely with Salesforce (think Process Builders, Workflows, Data Modeling, etc.) is a huge plus!

In this role, you will get the chance to work with customers such as Johnson & Johnson, P&G and Caterpillar.

Roles & Responsibilities

  • Evaluate customer business process, approvals, work flows
  • Assist in the clean hand-off between Sales & Customer Success
  • Work collaboratively to discover & define architecture blueprint with the Customer and Project Manager, define the Process design & flow mapping and document complex business workflows and requirements
  • Ability to work closely with the Customer and translate existing customer process and requirements into a digitized solution architecture within Specright
  • Develop and maintain data flow and data sharing with internal and external systems to the customer
  • Provide architectural recommendations and tradeoffs and present that to the customer
  • Provide real solutions to digitize and improve customer specifications & processes
  • Ensure architecture is correct solution for customer
  • Work one-on-one with customers in the following industries: beauty and cosmetics, consumer goods, packaging, food & beverage, wine & spirits, automotive, and chemicals

  • Define and manage Specright standardized architecture blueprints

  • Train & mentor new members within the team




  • BS. in Computer Science or B.S. Software Engineering or B.A. in Computer Information Systems or equivalent education or experience.
  • Salesforce knowledge is very strongly preferred. This includes Salesforce Lightning experience, and experience in Process Builder, Flows, Workflows, Approval Process, Validation Rules and Duplication/Matching Rules, plus an understanding of Apex and Lightning Development.


  • 5+ years of technical experience required, ideally within manufacturing or tech industries
  • SaaS, Consumer Goods, Food & Beverage, Packaging or Supply Chain experience required
  • Consulting and Implementation Experience with a PLM system such as Siemens or an ERP system such as SAP strongly preferred
