Specright is looking for a driven Business Development Manager, Southwest with experience in a B2B enterprise environment, knowledge of consumer goods, industrial manufacturing, and brings a passion for sales growth.

  • Located in the Southwest- Phoenix, Las Vegas, Albuquerque 

Responsibilities

  • Responsible for selling Specright’s SaaS based software to new and existing accounts
  • Build and manage relationships within our customer base
  • Report sales activity and forecast information to management and log activity in Salesforce
  • Form strategic partnerships by selling into multiple levels at current and prospective accounts
  • Prospect for new business opportunities and follow up on leads created through marketing initiatives
  • Identify and prioritize existing accounts within the territory
  • Manage customer success through data driven tools and activities
  • Travel as needed for sales calls, meetings and industry events (50% travel)
  • Work directly with our Executive Team to advance the company sales strategy
  • Work with Marketing on specific markets in your region for best method of selling
  • Cold call and prospect every day

Valued Experience

  • Ability to work independently and experience working remotely
  • BA/BS degree
  • 3+ years of regional account management (preference for some SaaS experience)
  • At least 3+ years of B2B sales experience to goods-producing industries
  • Knowledge of SaaS and other cloud-based software products
  • Problem solving and value based selling success
  • Knowledge of packaging, ingredients, chemicals, formulas, or manufacturing processes
  • Basic knowledge of ERPs, PLMs, MES, QA, Regulatory and other business systems
  • Ability to leverage established relationships and sales techniques
  • Ability to seek and find new business opportunities
  • Must be comfortable cold calling/making prospect phone calls
  • Excellent interpersonal, presentation, and negotiation skills
  • Proficiency in working within a team environment
