Specright is looking for a driven Business Development Manager, Midwest with experience in a B2B enterprise environment, knowledge of consumer goods, industrial manufacturing, and bring a passion for sales growth.

 Responsibilities

  • Responsible for selling Specright’s SaaS based software to new and existing accounts
  • Build and manage relationships within our customer base
  • Report sales activity and forecast to management
  • Form strategic partnerships by selling into multiple levels of accounts
  • Identify and prioritize existing accounts with in the territory growth, value and renewal time frame
  • Manage customer success through data driven tools and activities
  • Travel as needed for sales calls, meetings and industry events (50% travel)
  • Work directly with our Executive Team to advance the company sales strategy
  • Work with Marketing on specific markets in your region for best method of selling

Valued Experience

  • Located in the Midwest Market
  • Ability to work independent
  • BA/BS degree or equivalent experience
  • 5+ years of regional account management (preference for some SaaS experience)
  • At least 3+ years of B2B sales experience to goods-producing industries
  • Knowledge of SaaS and other cloud-based software products
  • Ability to leverage established relationships and sales techniques
  • Excellent interpersonal, presentation, and negotiation skills
  • Proficiency in working within a team environment
