Specialty1 Partners has an exciting opportunity to join our talented finance team. We are looking for a strong and trustworthy Concur Expense Specialist to help us build up and manage our expenses. Responsibilities include creating and maintaining corporate credit card accounts, providing technical support, and managing the reporting of expenses. This position will work closely with our supported practice managers, clinical staff, and non clinical staff to help ensure personal and company expenses are processed and flowing seamlessly. This individual will also work closely with other departments to alleviate stress points and blocks in the process to provide the highest level of service possible to supported offices.
Responsibilities:
- Utilize Concur to track expenses associated with employee travel (credit card, reimbursement, accommodations)
- Ensure policy compliance and monitor aging of un-submitted expense reports
- Field employee inquires around travel & expense reporting
- Become a subject matter expert on our expense policies/guidelines
- Troubleshoot Concur issues and technical errors with Concur Support Team
- Set-up/administration for new employees/practices
- Approval/submission of company expense reports payment batches
- Hold routine trainings for new practices/hires on how to use Concur
- Administration of Bill.com (NetSuite in the future)
- Participate in vendor management & 1099 reporting
- Support the AP team
Requirements
- Previous Administrator role in Concur
- Extensive Background in the Concur Suite
- Experience in either Bill.com or NetSuite
- Ability to work effectively and proactively with cross functional teams
- Critical thinking and problem solving
- Team collaboration and effectiveness
- General Ledger Account Coding Microsoft Office tools (e.g. excellent Excel skills and PPT Presentation)
- Excellent oral and written communicator
