HOW YOU’LL MAKE A DIFFERENCE
•    Monitor & ensure outbound flow from manufacturing sites to our DCs is being booked & executed correctly
•    Escalation point for outbound freight operation issue resolution with internal & external stakeholders
•    Lead & support global improvement projects & initiatives covering the international freight processes
•    Develop and continuous improvement of global standards & policies for Specialized international freight processes and systems (ocean freight from booking to ASN to tracking & delivery; airfreight; parcel; consolidation; invoice payment)
•    Regular & open communication with regional logistics and global teammates to share best practices and trigger ideas for improvement across Specialized global logistics operations

 

WHAT YOU NEED TO WIN
•    Bachelor’s Degree in Logistics, Supply Chain, Industrial Engineering or Business Administration fields
•    > 6 years’ experience in specific logistics field(s) of International Freight (Ocean preferred)
•    Experience across multiple roles in logistics (carrier-forwarder-shipper / freight-warehousing-transport)
•    Experience in bicycle or other consumer/recreation-related industry preferred
•    Excellent written and verbal communication skills in both Chinese and English
•    Excellent organization skills in time management and able to handle multiple projects and meet deadlines
•    Foster continuous improvement with a positive attitude
•    Strong analytical skills (example: advanced Excel, Tableau, PowerBI)
•    Systems experience with ERPs (Oracle preferred) / WMS / TMS / Supplier portal / RPA related systems
•    Relevant certifications (APICS/ASCM CLTD, Dangerous Goods handling) will be an advantage
•    Lean training & operations experience an advantage
•    Resilience & a balanced perspective working proactively in an international & cross-functional role
•    Based at one of our Specialized operations hubs in Asia
