We are searching for a Digital Specialist (Performance & Operations) who will drive revenue for the eCommerce business in Southeast Asia, while managing digital operations and business processes for Specialized! You will work to ensure that the platform stability is monitored, and that order processing, payment, and key order management and fulfillment tasks are executed as desired. This role is the key conduit between internal stakeholders and a performance agency which you will manage. You’ll thus need a good grasp of all things digital, including digital ads management, SEO/SEM, digital sales and a keen eye for UI/UX.



How You’ll Make a Difference

  • Manage our performance agency, partnering with them to drive revenue for the eCommerce business in Southeast Asia.
  • Work with the agency to provide expert opinion on digital ad spend, UI/UX audits, digital campaigns that contribute to digital revenue.
  • Responsible for day to day business operation of the Specialized eCommerce platform landscape, which includes the eCommerce platform, OMS, and the technical/business operations of supporting third party platforms including order processing, payment capture and others
  • Manage key operational functions around payment, risk management, fraud monitoring, order management, fulfillment, fallout monitoring, etc.
  • Analysis and monitoring of platform processes finding improvement opportunities and ensuring site health
  • Manage the daily/monthly/quarterly eCommerce reporting.

 

What You Need To Win

  • Experience with running an eCommerce storefront
  • Experience with managing digital campaigns and digital ads such as Facebook Ads, Google Ads, remarketing ads etc.
  • Content creation skills (photography / video editing) are a bonus!
  • A keen eye for good design and UI/UX; Adobe Illustrator/Photoshop skill are a bonus!
  • Self-motivation and enthusiasm to drive the day-to-day operations & business processes
  • Strong interpersonal and communications skills
  • Ability to think creatively and analyze data while facing ambiguity and uncertainty
  • Time management skills and the ability to prioritize work while under pressure in a start-up environment
  • Detail oriented and precise in execution
  • Passion for all things digital
  • High level of energy, passion and enthusiasm for outdoor lifestyle in general and cycling in particular



Preferred Qualifications

  • University Degree in IT, Business, Operations, or a similar field strongly preferred
  • 2-3 years of experience in eCommerce or digital online experience in a function requiring agency management
  • Basic knowledge of risk and payment management tools (Adyen preferred)
  • Basic to intermediate knowledge of Order Management Systems
  • Basic to intermediate knowledge of Web Analytics (Google Analytics preferred)
  • Basic to intermediate knowledge of digital ads management (Google/Facebook preferred)
