  1. Lead & support global improvement projects & initiatives covering the logistics processes (international freight, DC operations & network, delivery to customer)
  2. Build consensus for change priorities with process stakeholders and align company & partner resources to achieve project / initiative objectives
  3. Seek out & share best practices in logistics processes from the bicycle and other industries across the world with internal stakeholders
  4. Regular & open communication with regional logistics and global teammates to share best practices and trigger ideas for improvement across Specialized global logistics operations
  5. Develop and continuous improvement of global standards & policies for logistics processes and systems (international freight, DC operations & network, delivery to customer)


  • Bachelor’s Degree in Logistics, Supply Chain, Industrial Engineering or Business Administration fields
  • > 6 years’ experience in specific logistics field(s) of International Freight, DC operations & Customer Delivery
  • Experience in bicycle or other consumer/recreation-related industry preferred
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills in both Chinese and English
  • Excellent organization skills in time management and able to handle multiple projects and meet deadlines
  • Foster continuous improvement with a positive attitude
  • Strong analytical skills (example: advanced Excel, Visual Basic, Tableau, PowerBI)
  • Strong systems experience with ERPs (Oracle preferred) / WMS / TMS / Supplier portal / RPA related systems will be an advantage
  • Certifications (APICS/ASCM CLTD, CPIM or CSCP) will be an advantage
  • Lean training & operations experience an advantage
  • Resilience & a balanced perspective working proactively in an international & cross-functional role
