To strengthen our team located in Cham (ZG), Switzerland, we are seeking a Product Owner - Turbo Retailer Applications to commence immediately or by agreement  

How you’ll make a difference 

  • Manage projects around turbo bike connectivity and service infrastructure to leading level within the industry.
  • Define requirements, communicate to various external and internal teams, be communication hub and coordinate teams on different continents to achieve best project performance.
  • Perform workshops with user groups and key stakeholders in order to deliver the best service experience for retailers.
  • Sketch technical solutions on your own and in collaboration with technical teammates.
  • Define work packages and define user stories and get them executed with the development teams.
  • Monitor and track usage of systems and define steps for continuous improvement using data.
  • Ensure company timelines are met and deviances to a plan are detected and communicated as early as possible.
  • Realize seamless interfaces with all aspects of Turbo bike technology.
  • Lead and motivate the development teams to achieve best in class results.

 

What you need to win 

  • Bachelor of information technology, physics, mathematics or engineering
  • Strong software development and architecture experience, involving various technologies.
    +4 year experience within an agile working software/technology environment (e.g. Scrum, Kanban), preferred as product owner or scrum master, Certified Scrum Master or Scrum Product Owner a plus
  • Agile software project management skills
  • +6 years of professional experience
  • Solid project management experience, agile and traditional approaches
  • Knowledge in UX and psychology a plus
  • Experience with development of connected products
  • Experience with service infrastructure and after sales scenarios
  • Experience with web service implementations – backend and frontend and definition of backend services
  • Experience with continuous improvement approaches
  • Experiences with databases of any kind
  • Familiar with JIRA & Confluence for project management
  • Experience within mobile app development a plus
  • Experience in e-bike technology/service a plus
  • Excellent analytics and documentation skills.
  • Great social, communication and networking skills
  • Responsible, dedicated and pro-active person with high ability to stay calm and keep the overview and patience even in hectic times
  • Very good cycling business understanding as well as good analytical and planning skills
  • Distinct rider-centric mindset with a high service-orientation
  • Great communicator, strong in soft skills and human interactions.
  • Passion for cycling and the Specialized brand
