Description: Pre Go-Live

The role will assist in a Project Management Office (PMO) capacity during the Supply Chain Management System Implementation Project while providing guidance and design validation on vendor management processes and data.

Description: Post Go-Live

The role has two major areas of responsibility:

  • System and User Support
  • Act as the system end-to-end Subject Matter Expert (SME) for vendor management business functional configuration and business process fit
  • Ensure that the system is stable, maintained, and governed
  • Ensure that users are trained in best practices within the system
  • Provide production stability management and system-related business issue mitigation
  • Enhancement and continuous improvement
  • Gather objectives and collaborate with Sourcing, Supply Chain, and Purchasing leadership on the strategic roadmap to continually seek improvements
  • Drive and implement strategic improvement with the Sourcing, Supply Chain, and Purchasing leadership and system partners to enhance our systematic way of working

Additional Detail:

  • Subject Matter Expert (SME) for vendor management business functional configuration and business process collaboration
  • Establish, maintain, and document company best practices for vendor management
  • Develop, maintain, and deliver training to end-users and other trainers (including vendors and cross functional teammates)
  • Develop and organize governance for vendor management decisions, timing, processes, and data
  • Vendor systems onboarding and account management
  • Vendor analytics maintenance/management systems stability
  • Overall vendor timeline governance as it relates to system design
  • Governance of vendor management systems
  • Ensure clean master data
  • Alignment to expected functionality
  • Approve new users and workflows
  • Archival/sunset procedures

 

WHAT YOU NEED TO WIN

  • Bachelor’s Degree in Business Administration, Purchasing, or related field
  • 5+ years systems operation and/or purchasing experience.
  • Experience in business process re-engineering, system development and implementation ,go live support on supply chain or purchase operation software.
  • Strong analytical background, strategic mindset, details oriented and problem-solving skills.
  • Process driven, capable of defining and managing meaningful metrics.
  • Good Knowledge of Oracle EBS, application programming interface connectivity is plus.
  • Good command of both spoken and written English and Chinese
  • Experiences in vendor management will be a definite advantage.
  • Excellent written and oral communication skills in English and Chinese.
