JOB SUMMARY 

Are you a website management and multi-channel marketing specialist who has a passion for driving impressions and interactions across multiple points of engagement? Do you get fired up talking about Specialized with fellow outdoors enthusiasts? Do you enjoy the thought of helping riders find what they are looking for by using the digital tools available in the modern marketplace? We are searching for a result driven individual to join our Owned Retail team as the Digital Coordinator to help us achieve our goal of constantly improving the reach and impact of our website and digital channels!

HOW YOU’LL MAKE A DIFFERENCE 

  • Create and maintain the Owned Retail and Experience Center websites and work to improve their performance and impact by collaborating with our Marketing, Digital, and Owned Retail teams to certify that we are using the most current, locally authentic assets and technology available.
  • Manage our Owned Retail Google My Business pages and other local listings to ensure we are ranked as highly as possible on Google and similar web results.
  • Generate weekly reports that monitor engagements and impressions with riders on our website.
  • Onboard new Owned Retail locations to Specialized digital platforms, training and collaborating with key employees on a regular basis to keep them and their websites up to date

WHAT YOU NEED TO WIN 

  • Bachelor’s Degree in Marketing or Communication or equivalent experience in a related field.
  • Excellent communication skills and the ability to manage relationships with leaders at multiple retail locations
  • Bike Industry knowledge is a plus
  • Adobe Suite experience preferred
  • An eagerness to learn and grow
