As a Change Analyst you will be part of a multi-cultural team, being responsible to ensure the release and maintenance of accurate part number information, following the standards put in place by the product development and operations teams. This enables the construction of accurate product bill of materials, manufacturer record for all parts, and ensures the vital technical documentation is recorded. This facilitates the release of product on time that meets our design and quality standards.You are also identifying process gaps and coordinate with cross functional teams to bring out process improvement. To strengthen our growing team located in Cham, ZG, Switzerland, we are seeking a Change Analyst to commence immediately or by agreement.Upon agreement the role can also be executed out of our office in Arnhem, Netherlands.

How you’ll make a difference

  • Collaborate with international suppliers and business teams to ensure product data is accurate and available during the entire lifecycle of the products
  • Run large data loads for OEM’s such as SRAM and Shimano
  • Process new releases, proposed revisions, and clerical updates by reviewing engineering change orders and Manufacturer change orders. During the review process ensure parts meet company standards. In some cases contribute by assigning approvers, adding manufacturer/supplier information, or fixing small clerical mistakes
  • Assist with sophisticated change orders to help accelerate the development teams
  • Quantify and identify improvements within the development process using change analyst metrics
  • Partner with product groups on projects related to data quality, implementing new processes or quality controls
  • Ensure the Oracle Agile and PTC FlexPLM parts vaults meet our enterprise data standards and help to drive compliance when needed

What you need to win

  • Bachelor or equivalent combination of education and experience
  • 2+ years of professional experience in Supply Chain
  • Deep knowledge and passion for bicycle products strongly preferred
  • Advanced Excel user, proficient in MS Office. Familiar with Atlassian Confluence and JIRA
  • Experience in Oracle Agile, PTC Windchill, or PTC FlexPLM
  • Teammate with great written and verbal communication skills
  • Excellent listening and strong coordination skills rounded by the ability to build relationships
  • Experience working with international cultures in different time zones
  • Ability to work in a fast paced environment, and travel internationally to different business sites
  • Very good English skills, German in a plus
  • Passion for cycling is a plus
