Reporting to Regional Operations Manager, candidate will assist with the Operation Excellence initiatives, aim at improving the overall shipping process and speed to market.

 

Duties and Responsibilities:

Assist in the day‐to‐day operations in order management and logistics for South-East Asia

Liaise with Sales team to allocate and plan product delivery to ensure orders will be delivered to retailers promptly

Main point-of-contact with 3PL related to shipment, shipping schedule, requirements, documents

Manage import/export related issue, declaration, and shipping documents with 3PL

Work closely with relevant departments and supporting the team in continuous improvements of system changes, workflow, written policies/procedures/work instructions.

Any other duties as assigned from time to time by management

 

Requirement:

Bachelor’s Degree in Business/ Finance/ Logistics/ Supply Chain

At least 3 - 5 years of relevant working experience in a similar role within an organization

A team player with strong interpersonal and communication skills (written and verbal)

Meticulous and strong in process administration

Possess excellent planning skill with the ability to prioritize and anticipate needs

Self-starter and able to work independently

Proficient in Microsoft Office (Excel & PowerPoint), Oracle (would be an advantage)
