Digital Communication & E-commerce Marketing

 

HOW YOU’LL MAKE A DIFFERENCE

  • Lead the strategy and execution for the following digital demand channels: PPC, PLA, SEO, affiliate marketing, display, retargeting, and 3rd party marketplaces.
  • Lead the strategy and execution for A/B testing, onsite search (Endeca) and content creation.
  • Own the digital roadmap for B2C and B2B digital marketing capabilities and emerging technologies.
  • Own and manage processes for digital content creation and execution.
  • Partner and work with large external marketing agencies and firms
  • Lead and manage a team of search, SEO and online marketing professionals.
  • Lead and manage a team of content and product data professionals.
  • Own and manage several large marketing budgets and the eCommerce P&L
  • Partner with IT, Marketing, Merchandising, Supply Chain and Finance
  • Act as the business sponsor for all digital marketing initiatives
  • Partner with leadership on the strategy for digital and mobile commerce platforms and capabilities

 

WHAT YOU NEED TO WIN

  • Experience with ATG and the Oracle ecosystem and roadmap preferred.
  • Must have experience managing an established large top tier online retailer, preferably within an omni-channel, multi-branded and multi-national environment.
  • Proven experience leading digital and ecommerce strategy and accelerated growth
  • Must have deep understanding and hands-on experience with SEO, paid search and Google.
  • Experience in creating and managing integrated multi-dimensional digital campaigns.
  • Experience building extensive A/B testing programs and a testing culture.
  • Experience working with and partnering with outside agencies.
  • Experience with driving conversion through personalized marketing and site content
  • Experience working with advanced site segmentation.
  • Provide inputs to experience design and development teams.
  • Quick study of complex problems and a highly organized approach to finding high impact solutions.
  • Strong Mobile experience (website, Apps), with experience in both Android Play Store and Apple iTunes Store
  • Collaborate with cross-functional areas (IT, Design, UX, Merchandising, Finance, and Marketing) and third-party vendors throughout project definition and execution.
  • Strong information architecture (search, navigation, taxonomy) and technology knowledge preferred.
  • Own and manage relationships with 3rd party vendors and service providers.
  • Strong experience with 3rd party marketplaces
  • Strong management and leadership experience
  • Strong analytical and finance experience required.
  • Specialty Retail experience is preferred.
  • Ability to work actively with a team and cross-functionally to solve issues and/or create opportunities.
  • Strong dynamic team leader and mentor

  • Very strong in technology and business management
  • Excellent analytical, management and communication skills, both written and oral, to synthesize key issues, develop strategies and process, communicate, and persuade constituencies towards specific optimized processes and working partnerships.
  • 8+ years of experience in eCommerce, digital commerce, online marketing, mobile commerce, technology, business management, with at least 7 years in a senior managerial or director role position, leading individual contributors, and managers. Cross-functional team leadership is a must. 
  • Bachelor’s Degree in Marketing, Business, Technology, Science or equivalent required; MBA preferred.
  • Strong communication skills in both English and Thai.
  • Thailand resident.
