We are searching for a accountable individual to join our team as the Leader of People & Culture! This individual will play a key role in developing and implementing a strategic plan as well as scaling the global team.
HOW YOU’LL MAKE A DIFFERENCE
Drive development and implementation of the Specialized Strategic Plan across the People and Culture team.
Play a foundational role in scaling into a global team.
Partner with leadership to develop talent strategies to support tremendous growth and emerging leaders
Empower and support the P&C functional leaders to grow out talent acquisition, HR operations, compensation and business partnering.
Lead the Equity, Diversity, and Inclusion plan and integrate into all facets of the P&C team’s remit and in the company culture.
WHAT YOU NEED TO WIN
10 + years of experience in HR leadership at a global business: HRBP or Talent Acquisition experience preferred.
Strong eye for business and ability to work well across different functions in order to integrate People and business strategies
Experience in coaching senior leaders and managers, and strong talent assessment skills
Resilient and able to thrive in a fast paced, entrepreneurial environment
