The Finance Transformation Lead will lead and grow the firm's Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP) practice through the identification, evaluation, and implementation of ERP solutions for our clients. Using their deep expertise in ERP systems and implementation methodologies, the Finance Transformation Lead will help build a sustainable and scalable business by originating new opportunities, developing client relationships, and delivering high-value ERP services.
Responsibilities:
Business Development:
- Develop and execute strategies for bringing the firm's ERP offerings to existing and new clients
- Maintain a sales pipeline to support origination and revenue targets
- Lead ERP evaluation and vendor selection processes for clients
- Drive and expand executive relationships within client organizations
- Leverage industry partnerships and market relationships to expand the ERP practice
- Identify new expansion opportunities within accounts and across industries
- Provide domain expertise to support sales opportunities for new logos
Delivery:
- Lead ERP roadmap development, implementation planning, and execution for clients
- Ensure client satisfaction and delivery that meets expectations
- Manage advisory work focused on ERP process improvement and implementation of industry best practices
- Work with engagement leads to drive successful results and create opportunities for extended engagements
- Educate and enable team members on the firm's ERP offerings and best practices
- Identify opportunities for expansion across existing relationships with measurable results
People:
- Develop strong relationships at all levels of the firm to contribute to growth and success
- Mentor and coach team members to support their career development and client success
- Model effective leadership, sales strategies, and customer relationship management
Qualifications:
- Proven success in developing executive relationships and consistently growing revenue within existing client engagements in a consulting environment
- Deep functional and technical understanding of ERP systems, implementation methodologies, and industry-specific solutions
- Demonstrated experience leading diverse teams of consultants and solution architects
- Experience leading client-facing activities such as requirements gathering, stakeholder workshops, and deliverable review sessions
- Proven business development skills with ability to attain sales targets
- Knowledge of ERP integration with other systems such as data warehouses, operating systems, CRM platforms, and business intelligence tools
- Strong project management skills and ability to manage towards margin and utilization goals
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills, coupled with expert presentation abilities
- Ability to leverage industry knowledge to identify and capitalize on new business opportunities
- Bachelor's degree in a relevant field; advanced degree or professional certifications preferred
