We are looking for an Alliances Support Analyst to join our Marketing Team!
We are seeking a detail-oriented Alliances Support Analyst to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for managing and optimizing various processes related to our technology partnerships, ensuring smooth operations and maximizing the value of these collaborations.
Alliances Support Analyst:
Ideal candidates will be able to:
- Deal Registration Management:
- Own and oversee the deal registration process for 7-10 technology partnerships
- Ensure proper credit attribution for deals across all partnerships
- Maintain accurate records and resolve any discrepancies in deal registration
- Pipeline Mapping and Reconciliation
- Own the reconciliation of opportunities between the partner portal and Salesforce, resolving discrepancies to maintain data accuracy across platforms
- Incentive Payout Reporting:
- Run regular reports for incentive payouts by alliance partners
- Account Mapping:
- Manage the account mapping process using various technologies (e.g., Excel, Salesforce, Crossbeam)
- Collaborate with sales and partner teams to ensure accurate mapping
- Certification Tracking:
- Track and manage certifications for 7-10 technology partners
- Ensure compliance with certification requirements and deadlines
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in business, Technology, or related field
- 2+ years of experience in partner management, business operations, or similar role
- Strong proficiency in Excel and data analysis tools
- Proficient in Salesforce (e.g., reporting)
- Experience with partner management platforms (e.g., Crossbeam, Reveal, various partner portals) preferred
- Excellent organizational and time management skills
- Strong attention to detail and ability to manage multiple priorities
- Effective communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment
