What You Will Do and Learn

We are looking for a Senior Associate to join our DocuSign Practice Team!

The DocuSign Consultant should be passionate about solving problems and bringing innovative ideas to our clients and our team. As a small firm with plans to grow rapidly – you will be given the unique opportunity to gain hands-on experience supporting our clients within our practice. 

Ideal candidates will be able to:

  • Ability to collaborate with team members to design, build and implement technology solutions (such as DocuSign CLM, eSign) that align with client business objectives.
  • Ability to work with potential customers to gather, refine and document business requirements
  • Ability to logically produce artifacts such as business process flows and user stories; ability to conceptualize process improvements for a future state
  • Ability to Identify issues and structural problems and generate actionable recommendations using agile implementation methodologies.
  • Ability to develop and deliver end user training for potential clients to assist with the adoption of the solution.
  •  Ability to demonstrate clear understanding of client business needs, goals and objectives.

Qualifications:

  • Degree in Finance, Accounting, Law and/or Management Information Systems
  • Strong knowledge of the Microsoft Office Suite
  • Understanding of XML and/or XPATH queries
  • Preferred experience in Microsoft Visio and/or LucidChart to create business process flows
  • Understanding of CRM technology and use cases
  • Understanding of Agile Software Development Lifecycle Methodologies
