What You Will Do and Learn

As a Data Solutions Architect, you'll be responsible for designing, implementing, and leading advanced data and AI solutions. You'll work closely with our client partners to develop relationships with key technical resources while delivering innovative business outcomes leveraging ML, AI, and advanced analytics. 

Ideal candidates will be able to: 

  • Lead the Data and AI engineering lifecycle, including research, proof of concepts, architecture, design, development, testing, deployment, and maintenance 
  • Collaborate with team members to design and implement cutting-edge ML and AI technologies that align with client business objectives
  • Develop and implement advanced analytics solutions using Python, statistical analysis techniques, and ML/AI algorithms
  • Build proof of concepts for modern analytics stacks supporting Cloud-based Business Systems, with a focus on ML and AI integration
  • Work with cloud-enabled data repositories such as Snowflake, and develop data applications using Streamlit
  • Manage and mentor junior team members, fostering their growth in ML, AI, and advanced analytics
  • Create actionable recommendations based on data-driven insights and ML/AI model outputs
  • Communicate complex technical concepts and demonstrate a clear understanding of client business needs in the context of AI and ML solutions
  • Collaborate with other practices on Solution Plays, Pre-Sales Activities, Estimation, Scoping, and AI-driven Solutions 

Qualifications: 

  • 6-8 years of experience in DATA / AI, including developing industry-leading business intelligence, ML, and AI solutions
  • Strong proficiency in Python programming, statistical analysis, and ML/AI algorithms
  • Extensive experience with data analysis, profiling, and advanced analytics
  • Expertise in SQL development, including advanced analytic functions
  • Experience with cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, GCP) and Snowflake
  • Proficiency in developing data applications using Streamlit
  • Strong background in Agile/Kanban/DevOps methodologies
  • Outstanding analytical, communication, and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to manage projects and teams, including day-to-day client relationships
  • Experience supporting sales cycles by leading technical discussions and building ML/AI-focused POC solutions 

Preferred Skills: 

  • SnowPro certification
  • Experience with modern tech stack tools such as Jenkins, Kafka, Kubernetes
  • Solid understanding of data architecture, data modeling, statistics, and ML/AI infrastructure ecosystems
  • Experience with deep learning frameworks (TensorFlow, PyTorch) and NLP technologies
