This is an exciting role that will be crucial to shape the corporate systems team in terms of skilling up team members, leading technical innovation and automation, and establishing corporate systems development processes. You will be part of our global IT corporate team, reporting to our awesome IT Director based in Europe.
The role
- Lead technical architecture, innovation, and automation for corporate services.
- Technical planning and preparation: analysis of technical requirements, solution proposals, and risk analysis.
- Manage and coordinate technical teamwork and monitor processes in quality and performance.
- Provide issue-solving recommendations and technical guidance, mentorship, and coaching other team members.
- Establish integration paradigms and development standards.
- Writing clean and testable code and integration tests.
- Database design/implementations with SQL.
- Conduct code reviews.
- Participate in business requirements definition and documentation.
You have
- Sound Salesforce development and design skills.
- Proficient in multiple DevOps tools and techniques and knowledgeable in infrastructure automation and configuration management.
- Experience using Agile delivery methodology.
- Advanced automation and scripting skills APEX, LWC/Aura, JavaScript, Python, SQL.
- Prior hands-on NetSuite, REST/SOAP API knowledge.
- Ability to learn new programming languages easily.
- Sound experience in team management and mentorship.
- Sound experience with functional programming.
- Ability to work independently.
- Experience working in a creative and fast-paced environment.
- Desirable qualities: multitasking, proactive, solution-oriented, eye for detail.
- Willingness to support our bandmates in different time zones when needed.
- Fluency in English (spoken and written).
