What You Will Do and Learn
We are looking for an Associate to join our Legal Ops Team!
We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Senior DocuSign/CLM Specialist to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in DocuSign and Contract Lifecycle Management (CLM) platforms, with the ability to contribute to development, pre-sales, and solution architecture activities.
Ideal candidates will be able to:
- Technical Expertise:
- Design, develop, and implement custom solutions using the DocuSign platform
- Create and maintain integrations between DocuSign/CLM and other enterprise systems
- Develop and optimize workflows, templates, and automation processes
- Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues related to DocuSign/CLM implementations
- Pre-sales Support:
- Participate in client meetings and presentations to demonstrate DocuSign/CLM capabilities
- Conduct product demonstrations and proof of concepts
- Collaborate with sales teams to create tailored solutions for potential clients
- Assist in preparing technical proposals and responding to RFPs
- Solution Architecture:
- Design and architect end-to-end solutions leveraging DocuSign/CLM platforms
- Create detailed solution designs and technical documentation
- Provide technical guidance and best practices to clients and internal teams
- Evaluate client requirements and propose appropriate DocuSign/CLM solutions
- Client Success:
- Advise clients on DocuSign/CLM best practices and industry standards
- Provide technical expertise during implementation projects
- Conduct training sessions for clients and internal teams
- Stay up-to-date with the latest DocuSign/CLM features and industry trends
Qualifications:
- 4-7 years of experience working with DocuSign and CLM platforms
- Understanding of legal fundamentals, methods & procedures and the ability to review contracts
- Strong understanding of contract management processes and workflows
- Proficiency in DocuSign API, eSignature, and CLM administration
- Experience with DocuSign CLM (SpringCM) configuration and customization
- Familiarity with integration technologies (REST APIs, SOAP, XML, JSON)
- Knowledge of programming languages such as JavaScript, C#, or Java
- Experience in solution design and architecture for enterprise-level projects
- Excellent communication and presentation skills
- Strong problem-solving and analytical abilities
Preferred:
- DocuSign certifications (e.g., DocuSign Certified Administrator, DocuSign API Certified)
- Experience with other CLM platforms (e.g., Icertis, Conga, Apttus)
- Knowledge of CRM systems (e.g., Salesforce, Microsoft Dynamics)
- Understanding of legal and compliance requirements in contract management
- Experience in agile development methodologies
