What You Will Do and Learn
We are looking for a hungry, humble, and smart Resource Manager to join our Operations Team!
The Resource Manager will be responsible for planning and allocating global resources across projects
The role:
- Work with delivery leadership to assign consultants to projects in accordance with their skillsets, previous experience and availability
- Ensuring available capacity among existing resources to execute on upcoming projects
- Monitor and manage employees’ workload and realization
- Overcoming resource shortages by means of resource management techniques, reallocating resources, assigning more staff, etc; informing senior management of any issues related to inability to meet clients’ needs due to resourcing.
- Identifying areas for improvement within the resource management process
You have:
- 3-5 years of related experience in Project Management, Resource Management, or a similar role
- Strong technical skillset including Excel, PowerPoint
- Excellent communication skills (verbal and written)
- Ability to prioritize and manage multiple tasks efficiently
- Conflict resolution and problem-solving skills
- Ability to work independently and collaborate effectively across multiple teams
- Resource Management Certified Professional and/or Project Management certification preferred
- Experience with Salesforce, FinancialForce, Anaplan, LucidChart, Jira strongly preferred
- Bachelor’s Degree in Business Administration, Management, Human Resources or similar field
