The role

We are looking for a Global Payroll Analyst to be a part of our corporate Human Resources team to ensure our payroll programs are facilitated effectively, using your knowledge and expertise to ensure compliance while providing rock star support to a diverse team of talent.
You will work closely cross-functionally with HR & Accounting leadership

  • Process payrolls (semi-monthly and monthly) for over 500 employees in the United States, Canada, Europe and Asia.
  • Calculate payroll components including, but not limited to, hourly, vacation, prorated pay, retro pay and more.
  • Verification & Reconciliation of monthly payroll
  • Process post-payroll benefit funding reports and audits
  • Institute, follow and audit tight process controls to ensure data integrity and minimize errors
  • Continuously implement process improvements to ensure accuracy and efficiency
  • Ensure compliance with government and tax regulations and process labor statistic filings
  • Perform other HR and Payroll related projects and duties as assigned
  • Maintain Payroll process documentation up to date

You have

  • Bachelor’s degree in accounting, finance, or related field
  • 2 years of global payroll management experience
  • A solid understanding of payroll processes and state, local and international laws pertaining to payroll administration
  • High level of expertise in global payroll concepts
  • Proficient in ADP CELERGO and disparate HRIS systems highly preferred
  • India & US payroll knowledge highly preferred
