We are seeking a highly skilled and detail-oriented individual to join our team as a Finance Reporting Analyst. In this role, you will be responsible for preparing, analyzing, and presenting financial reports to help organizations make informed business decisions
The role:
- Prepare accurate and timely financial reports, including income statements, balance sheets, and cash flow statements.
- Analyze data to identify trends, variances, and opportunities for improvement.
- Collaborate with various departments to gather and validate financial information.
- Assist in the preparation of monthly, quarterly, and annual financial reports for management and external stakeholders.
- Provide ad hoc financial analysis and reports as requested by management.
- Participate in the development and implementation of financial systems, processes, and controls.
- Continuously monitor and improve the accuracy, efficiency, and effectiveness of financial reporting processes
You have:
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
- 1-2 years of experience in financial reporting, analysis, or a similar role.
- Strong proficiency in Microsoft Excel and other financial reporting tools.
- Knowledge of accounting principles, financial statements, and financial analysis techniques.
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
- Ability to work independently and collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Ability to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
