We are seeking a highly skilled and detail-oriented individual to join our team as an HRIS Specialist. In this role, you will play a crucial part in enhancing our Human Resources Information System (HRIS) by developing comprehensive and user-friendly reports, ensuring the accuracy of data, and fortifying the security and confidentiality of HR data. The ideal candidate will possess a strong background in HRIS, reporting, data accuracy, and security, along with excellent communication and analytical skills. 

The role: 

  • Collaborate with HR and other stakeholders to understand reporting requirements. 
  • Design and develop custom reports using HRIS tools to meet the needs of various departments. 
  • Ensure the accuracy, relevance, and timeliness of reports to support informed decision-making. 
  • Implement data quality checks to ensure the accuracy and integrity of HRIS data. 
  • Collaborate with HR, IT and Operations teams to identify and resolve data discrepancies and inconsistencies. 
  • Develop and implement procedures for ongoing data validation and correction. 
  • Implement and maintain security measures to protect HRIS data from unauthorized access and ensure compliance with data protection regulations. 
  • Create and maintain comprehensive documentation for all HRIS reporting processes, ensuring clarity and ease of understanding for end-users. 
  • Provide training sessions for HR and other relevant teams on utilizing HRIS reports effectively, securely, and accurately. 
  • Offer support and troubleshooting assistance to users encountering issues with HRIS reporting, data accuracy, or security. 
  • Serve as main point of contact to employees to troubleshoot user experience issues 
  • Collaborate with HR, IT, and other departments to understand evolving business needs and ensure that HRIS reporting aligns with organizational goals. 

 You have: 

  • Bachelor's degree in human resources, Information Technology, or a related field.
  • Proven experience in HRIS reporting, data accuracy with a minimum of 4 years in a similar role.
  • In-depth knowledge of HRIS systems, report writing tools, and data visualization techniques.
  • Familiarity with data protection regulations and best practices.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Experience with popular HRIS systems such as ADP, Lattice, Greenhouse, Learn Upon.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
