What You Will Do

We are looking for a Integrations Architect to join our Data Solutions team!

As an Integrations Architect, you’ll be responsible for scoping, designing, implementing and testing proposed solutions.  Working closely with our client partners you’ll develop relationships with key technical resources while building tangible business value.  Continuous client education and enablement throughout various deployment phases are what make Spaulding Ridge a leading firm during sales selection processes.

Ideal candidates will be able to:

  • Ability to collaborate with team members to design and implement technology that aligns with client business objectives.
  • Ability to build mock Proof of Concepts for Data Integration with Anaplan, Workday, Salesforce, and a variety of Cloud-based or on-premise Business Systems for potential clients.
  • Ability to identify issues and structural problems and generate actionable recommendations using standard methodologies that you may be required to develop.
  • Ability to demonstrate clear understanding of client business needs, goals and objectives.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s Degree or higher with Minimum 7-8 years of professional consulting or relevant industry experience, of which majority of the experience should be around Data Integration and Data Migration
  • Must be Mulesoft Certified Integration Architect - Level 1 or Mulesoft Certified Platform Architect
  • Experience and knowledge of leading Cloud Data Integration technologies, such as(In Order):   MuleSoft, Boomi, Informatica, Jitterbit, Workato, Power Automate, Talend Enterprise, etc.
  • Strong experience in Integrating Salesforce, ERPs(SAP, SAGE, NetSuite).
  • Good Understanding of Quote to Cash and other financial processes.
  • Ability to guide and lead the team in design and development best practices.
  • Strong experience with development standards and processes i.e. GIT, pipelines etc.
  • Strong experience in the Application Integration Architecture Solution Design and Development using with SOAP and REST
  • Strong understanding of IT Standards, including COBIT, ITIL, and compliance topics such as Sarbanes-Oxley (SOX), GDPR, etc.
  • Thought leader for driving innovation and leveraging technology for creative integration solutions.
  • Intermediate level Java, Python or other modern-day language development experience is a plus
  • Outstanding analytical, communication, and interpersonal skills required
  • Project Management experience is a plus, including maintaining a prioritized worklist and a solid understanding of financial views of projects.
  • People Management experience is a plus
  • Should be capable of managing the day to day client relationship on projects
