SUPPORT WORKER
A gentleman in his 40’s living with an Intellectual Disability, ADHD, and Developmental Disorder, living in Belleville. As a caregiver, you will be supporting the client with assistance, such as walking down the hallway or going to the washroom. A goal for care is to have the client be able to build a positive relationship with someone other than his brother. The skills learned by the client of building a positive relationship is the intended goal.
You would be the ideal candidate to work with us if you are someone who has their current NVCI, experience with intellectual disabilities, and comfortable working in a hospital setting.
Please Note: The family has requested a caregiver who has received both doses of their COVID-19 vaccine.

Flexible on days and times
RATE OF PAY:
$25/hour
Requirements

- Valid First Aid and CPR Standard level C certification
- Smartphone with a data plan
- Criminal Record & Vulnerable Sector Check (within the last 12 months)
Assets
- Experience working in a multi-disciplinary team
- University and/or College education in a related field
- Driver’s License “G” class with access to a vehicle
