MENTOR
Our client is a wonderful teenage male in the Alta Vista area of Ottawa. Living with ADHD and developmental delay, he is looking for a caregiver to play sports and be active with the client, assist in working with general life skills. He loves being active, is a superhero fanatic and loves puzzles and crafts
The ideal candidate would be someone who likes to be active, play sports, and can help promote life skills.
Hours: One 2 hours shift per week

RATE OF PAY:
$20/hr
Requirements

- Valid First Aid and CPR Standard level C certification
- Smartphone with a data plan
- Criminal Record & Vulnerable Sector Check (within the last 12 months)
Assets
- Experience working in a multi-disciplinary team
- Driver’s License “G” class with access to a vehicle
- Valid NVCI, TCI, and/or CPI certification
Spark is looking to hire motivated, dedicated, and experienced Child and Youth Support Workers. In this role, you’ll be working with children and youth in the community living with Autism Spectrum Disorder, varying mental illnesses, and behavioural challenges.
