We are currently looking for a caregiver to support 3 clients in the Ottawa area. Two of our lovely clients are children under 10 years of age, looking for a caregiver to support them with indoor and outdoor play, while ensuring they remain safe during each session. Our third client in an 18-year-old looking for a caregiver to assist with building and engaging in cognitive tasks such as reading, exercise and accompanying them on community outings. You would be the ideal candidate to work with us if you are fluent in french, you have your "G" level driver's license and access to a reliable vehicle and you have experience support individuals with ASD and developmental delays.
Approximately 15/hrs per week
RATE OF PAY:

- Criminal Record & Vulnerable Sector Check (within the last 12 months)
- Experience working in a multi-disciplinary team
- University and/or College education in a related field
- Driver’s License “G” class with access to a reliable vehicle
- CPI, TCI, and/or NVCI training (current certification)
Spark is looking to hire motivated, dedicated, and experienced Child and Youth Support Workers. In this role, you’ll be working with children and youth in the community living with Autism Spectrum Disorder, varying mental illnesses, and behavioural challenges.
