Complex Care Worker
Our client is a wonderful 11-year-old girl living with a rare genetic condition living in Kingston. She is currently looking for a caregiver to assist with G-tube feeding, hygiene, stretches, going to the park, playing music, completing sensory programs and using the standing frame. This wonderful girl loves listening to her favourite songs, playing with sensory toys, exploring her IPad and swinging.

You would be the ideal candidate to work with us if you are comfortable with seizure crisis management and you take initiative.

HOURS:
Wednesday & Thursday from 8am-10am & 3:30-5pm
Saturday from 8am-12 noon

RATE OF PAY:
$25/hr

Anticipated start date: Immediate

Requirements

Assets

Experience working in a multi-disciplinary team
University and/or College education in a related field

CPI, TCI, and/or NVCI training (current certification)

Spark is looking to hire motivated, dedicated, and experienced Child and Youth Support Workers. In this role, you’ll be working with children and youth in the community living with Autism Spectrum Disorder, varying mental illnesses, and behavioural challenges.
