Our Mission
SPAN is enabling electrification for all ⚡
SPAN is mission-driven to design, build, and deploy products that electrify our built environment, decarbonize our world, and slow the effects of climate change.
-
Decarbonization is the process to reduce or remove greenhouse gas emissions, especially carbon dioxide, from entering our atmosphere.
-
Electrification is the process of replacing fossil fuel appliances that run on gas or oil with all-electric upgrades for a cleaner way to power our lives.

In this role, you will:
- Create reliability test setups and own them from concept, design, manufacturing, and testing.
- Write reliability test plans and see them through test execution, data analysis and reporting results.
- Interface with cross-functional teams such as mechanical engineering, software engineering, firmware engineering, and products to define test specifications.
- Read datasheets and analyze electrical component specifications for design for reliability.
- Own the build out of our in-house reliability lab, you will procure and develop test equipment to support testing on our current and future products.
