Spaero is looking for a talented Senior Software Engineer join our growing team.

Spaero enables scientists to quickly and directly automate experiments that are currently done by hand, a bottleneck of life science R&D. Our first product is a no-code software platform enabling scientists to design and run an experiment on their lab’s existing robots with speed, ease, and confidence.

We are building the platform to enable biological products to be developed at the pace of the COVID vaccine (10x faster than we previously thought possible). You will be in charge of building out a compiler system that integrates with our current UI and provides useful feedback to the user. The compiler will reduce the number of decisions needed to be made at the UI level, and will \provide meaningful insights to our users. This role requires close coordination with the frontend, backend and science teams.

This is a chance to get in on the ground floor and develop a new product from scratch in an industry that can have real impact in the world. If you’re excited about early stage startups and having (almost) complete control over this part of our engineering pipeline, this is the role for you! This is your chance to be a self-starter and solve problems that will increase the speed of scientific discovery for a wide range of biology applications.
