Perform documentation review and verification of certifications, specifications, and conformance to design requirements
Verify all material received for conformity with purchase requirements, checking for damage, correct part numbers, quantity and revisions
Approve or reject items and document inspection results as required
Use electronic MRP system to route parts and components to proper departments
Maintain strict material handling practices in accordance with good practice and procedures
Coordinate internal receipt pickup and internal delivery service as required
Transact to company computer systems per procedures
Perform good housekeeping chores in area daily
Work with Production customers for priority and schedule requirements
Maintain strict material handling practices in accordance with procedures.
May be required to perform other related duties as assigned
High school diploma or GED
Minimum 1 year of receiving, shipping, and/or material handling
Preferred Skills and Experience:
Experience with ERP systems
Forklift and other related inventory equipment experience
Experience within the aerospace, automotive, semiconductor, or electronic fields
Experience with Microsoft Word, Outlook and Excel
