LEAD CNC MACHINIST (SATELLITES) - 2nd Shift
Leading 2nd shift team. Includes programmers/machinists
Responsible for setting up, operating and programming a CNC Mill machine
Must be proficient at all types of drilling, tapping and milling
Must be able to complete machining operations from blueprints, drawings and/or verbal instructions
Must have experience with complex, tight tolerance parts and various materials
High school diploma or GED
5 years of CNC Machining experience
Preferred Skills and Experience:
5 years of experience setting up, operating and troubleshooting conventional and CNC lathe/mill machines
Experience leading teams of up to a dozen individuals
Experience working with Southwest and Bridgeport 2 & 3 Axis Mill Machines
5 axis programming with MasterCam/ NX or similar software
Proficient in reading and interpreting complex engineering blueprints
Experience operating and setting up large 5 axis gantry CNC machines
Ability to work overtime and weekends as needed
Able to lift a minimum of 40lbs. unassisted
Able to stand for extended periods- 8 hours min
