We believe the customer comes first - whether in terms of the product, digital experience, customer service, etc. We design all those mentioned above to provide a consistently great experience and add value. Thus, we ensure to understand customer problems, build solutions, and adapt to their feedback and needs in real-time, instead of guessing and creating with no greater purpose.
We treat our customers, partners, each other, and ourselves with respect, which means that we make every effort to do our best while expecting others to do the same. We don’t blame the people behind the outcomes but rather criticize said outcomes to find better solutions. We don’t discriminate or offend people, and we don’t lie, take shortcuts, or manifest unethical behavior. We don’t bring ego or title into discussions.
We’re empathetic to the needs of others and understand we all have limited time, deadlines, and priorities. Thus, we show respect by not blocking others and prioritizing tasks our colleagues depend on.
We take full ownership of our work, no matter our roles. Anything we do is crucial for the company’s success, no matter how big or small it may seem. Anything we create is done with a long-term vision; thus, we do things well and put quality over quantity and speed without compromising the performance.
If a mistake is made, we own and communicate it clearly and celebrate it. There’s no need to cover up mishaps, blame others or downplay the impact. We take on each day with a grain of salt as we reflect on our mistakes and view them as learning experiences. We don’t complain but rather fix things, and more importantly, we’re open about things we find uncomfortable and ensure to communicate them.
We are very practical. Our actions are guided almost entirely by outcomes and feedback, not ideals and wishful thinking. If something works, we double down. We keep our focus on customers, data, and results to drive our actions. If we don’t know something, we don’t guess, we turn to what we already know.
We don’t waste time on ‘bikeshedding’. Each of us has a limited number of f***s to give, so we allocate ours wisely.
