Position Summary:
We are looking for experienced, competitive, goal oriented, driven individuals who are motivated to win. If you love building relationships, solution selling, and closing deals, then look no farther. We need sales reps who are genuine, team players and have shown consistent success with exceeding sales quotas.
Primary Duties:
Pipeline development and management in designated territory
Build and maintain client relationships, solution selling via calls, email, video-conferencing
Achieve and exceed monthly and quarterly quotas
RFP/Proposals writing & presentation
Customer solution demonstrations
Ongoing education of industry, technology, competitive landscape to become trusted consultant/resource to customers and prospects
Track all sales activities in Salesforce CRM
Experience/Requirements:
Have a minimum 3+ years in direct software sales
Can confidently and effectively speak with prospects of all levels (including C-Suite, VP’s, Directors)
Have experience with complex sales cycle, from discovery to demonstration to proposal presentation to close
Have proven success breaking into new markets backed by consistent attainment of sales quotas
Is a resourceful self-starter who works well in a fast-paced, start-up type of environment?
Have strong verbal, written, and presentation skills
Are humble, a team player, collaborative, coachable, energetic
Take pride in delivering the best customer experience
Preferred Skills/Experience:
Corporate Real Estate industry experience is a plus
Salesforce Experience
Microsoft Office experience
Education:
Bachelor’s degree Or Equivalent work experience.
