Position Summary:
Archibus-Serraview is aggressively seeking top tier, “A” players in North America sales to accommodate our rapid growth. Enterprise Account Executives (EAE’s) are responsible for managing a territory with a focus on building pipeline and closing new business. EAE’s will primarily focus on Fortune 1000 prospects who manage large real estate portfolios. Our ideal candidate will have an entrepreneurial spirit, a desire to win, and a passion for solving customer pain points. A background in software sales is a must for consideration.
Responsibilities:
Closing and Enabling Enterprise Deals - Quota based on recurring revenue associated with multiyear enterprise deals. Successful close includes successful handoff to implementation and services teams
Territory Management – cultivating prospects, tracking territory via Salesforce / other sales tools, monitoring key trends in the territory, keeping track of competitive offerings and opportunities
RFP/Proposals Writing – Own RFP and proposal process for deals within territory (in conjunction with Sales Enablement team as appropriate)
Customer Presentations – Ownership of customer facing presentations within territory and participation in company-wide content creation efforts
Pipeline Development – Overall responsibility for generating pipeline target based on 3x annual quota (working with marketing and sales development to achieve personal goal)
Other duties as directed by Director of Enterprise Sales
Qualifications:
5+ years in B2B SaaS sales
Familiarity with using Salesforce or equivalent CRM experience
Strong analytical skills
Consistently exceeding quota
Significant experience in a new business sales role ideally within a similar high growth organization
Have experience selling cutting edge, disruptive technology to top decision-makers at the enterprise level
Proven “A” player with high sales IQ
Experience with complex sales cycles
Self-starter who works well in a fast-paced environment
Strong verbal, written, and presentation skills
Demonstrated past performance against sales quota in similar role
Corporate Real Estate industry experience a plus
Education:
Bachelor’s degree or equivalent is required.
