About the Job

The Sr. Regional Marketing Manager is responsible for overseeing the execution of strategic programs to create demand within the EU. You will work closely with the Managing Director and sales and customer success teams to define the regional marketing strategy through developing, innovating, and implementing effective, integrated marketing campaigns that will drive sales pipeline to support the EU business growth goals.

This role, reporting to the VP, Marketing, will generate awareness and create pipeline using a variety of marketing tactics including, but not limited to, account based marketing, regional tradeshows, conferences and professional associations, targeted field events, demand campaigns, direct mail, call campaigns, and webinars. Their primary objective is to create inquiries and qualified leads that move accounts through the sales pipeline and accelerate the sales cycle for prospects and customers through the execution of marketing programs.

What You’ll Be Doing:

  • Act as a bridge between the EU Sales team and the Global Marketing Team.
  • Create quarterly and annual regional marketing plans to meet the business goals of each region
  • Plan, create and execute all marketing activities for the regions and report results
  • Execute innovative marketing campaigns for events, email marketing, webinars, content marketing, case studies, research reports, social media, paid media and partnerships.
  • Lead and communicate marketing initiatives, ongoing campaigns, website tools, customer success stories, upcoming events, etc. to the regional sales team
  • Report results and present detailed info around the results of regional marketing results for the region.
  • Assess challenges and create solutions to address those challenges
  • Ability to identify effective marketing tools for Sales success
  • Work closely with the broader marketing, sales, and other functional departments to ensure campaigns in the market are aligned to the company go-to-market strategy.

The successful candidate will have:

  • Proven success in field/regional marketing, demand generation or event marketing with a focus in software/technology (B2B)
  • Experience with complex B2B enterprise sales cycles and demonstrating marketing's impact on the business
  • Oversee from inception to completion campaign plans including audience target identification, campaign project plans/deliverables/owners, budgeting, and post-campaign reporting/measurement
  • Account Based Marketing experience a plus
  • Initiative, a sense of urgency, ability to multi-task, and a "can do" attitude
  • Strong analytical skills and a passion for enabling sales teams
  • Background in content marketing, demand generation, customer reference programs, public relations, & communications
  • Experience in handling and maintaining budgets
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English

Nice to have:

  • Strong working knowledge of Salesforce and Hubspot
  • Other languages such as Spanish and German are nice to have
