In the role of Demand Account Manager, you will provide support to the Demand Sales team by building strong operational relationships with demand partners, optimizing partner performance, and providing data-driven insights. You will act as the day-to-day contact for our DSPs and agencies to strengthen those relationships, identify opportunities, and constantly optimize toward overall integration health. In addition to catering to the day-to-day needs of our demand partners, the role will be responsible for helping monitor and track performance changes at the exchange at the DSP and buyer levels. This position works extremely closely with the new business team by executing campaigns, providing insights, and troubleshooting issues. The successful candidate is a self-starter with the ability to multi-task in a fast-paced environment, excels at cross-team communication, and has exceptional interpersonal, analytical, and problem-solving skills

Responsibilities

  • Maintain a constant and data-driven feedback loop with the Demand Sales team to sustain and grow spend
  • Develop and cultivate deep relationships with our demand partners, on the technical level and beyond
  • Optimize existing accounts and increase revenue across our display, video and mobile buyers
  • Leverage multiple analytics tools and data sets to identify opportunities and troubleshoot issues
  • Work collaboratively with the Demand Operations team to ensure alignment of goals between operations and sales objectives
  • Work closely with the Product and Data Science teams to coordinate and test new features
  • Monitor and proactively report changes in performance to the Demand Sales team and the overall business
  • Clearly articulate Sovrn’s value proposition in the advertising marketplace and represent Sovrn externally
  • Cultivate knowledge of the digital advertising landscape, including RTB auction mechanics, header bidding, private marketplaces, and various ad formats
  • Participate in regular QBRs (Quarterly business reviews) with clients
  • Act as the internal advocate for the demand partner by representing their needs to all internal departments

Qualifications

  • 3 years experience in the AdTech industry
  • Experience managing multiple accounts and identifying opportunities for growing those accounts
  • Excellent excel/powerpoint skills,
  • Ability to quickly understand and analyze data sets/visualizations,
  • Strong problem solving
  • Exceptional written and verbal communication and presentation skills
