As Director of Digital Marketing and Growth, you will be leading the company’s digital marketing channels, lead generation and account-based marketing initiatives to drive revenue growth and the opportunity pipeline.

The ideal candidate is a metrics-driven critical and strategic thinker who can turn insights into action and optimize the conversion funnel across our digital marketing channels. You will collaborate with marketing, product, and business development teams to drive revenue, the customer pipeline and accelerate growth. You are a team leader who can build and scale a team of rock solid professionals. 

In this role you will:

  • Be responsible for SoundHound’s global digital marketing and growth programs, including demand generation and ABM strategies with a One-to-One, One-to-Few and One-to-Many approach and continually seek to refine and improve the program for the greatest penetration and ROI
  • Develop fully integrated, multi-channel marketing plans for demand generation goals
    • Define the end-to-end plan, including program mix, media plan, campaign calendar, lead generation workflows, and asset requirements at each stage of the funnel
    • Make media recommendations for targeting and channel mix to reach intended audience, and continuously identify and evaluate new channels to expand capacity and yield results
    • Develop campaign performance forecasts based on mix of channels 
    • Implement and manage acquisition and engagement campaigns in collaboration with design, content and marketing operations teams
    • Design testing plans to support continuous improvement
    • Monitor results and make recommendations for campaign optimization 
  • Conceptualize, build, and execute ABM programs for named enterprise accounts by working with content, product marketing and business development teams
    • Research target accounts to build out target contacts within accounts for coverage and work closely with BD account owners to develop ABM playbooks to penetrate the key personas within the named accounts.
    • Leverage account-based data to shape ABM campaign strategies that generate new prospects and advance existing opportunities.
    • Collaborate with content and product marketing teams to produce targeted, personalized assets that engage and convince target accounts and move them from aware accounts to engaged accounts with opportunities.
    • Manage the ABM technology platforms used for intent and intelligence information
    • Develop and manage segment-specific paid marketing and drip campaigns, leveraging marketing automation tools and measurement
    • Collaborate with marketing and sales operations on developing the appropriate marketing metrics and KPIs for these accounts, including visibility into marketing campaign results and effectiveness, including account penetration and engagement, lead generation, opportunity creation, pipeline contribution, and ROI of our marketing efforts within the account.
  • Develop and grow a team of digital marketers and lead generation professionals that can execute integrated campaigns for key growth initiatives
  • Develop and manage budget for all digital marketing, lead generation and ABM efforts 
  • Track and report on campaign and program metrics, conduct ROI analysis to determine effectiveness of impact on sales pipeline and revenue, and continuously optimize
  • Work hand-in-hand with business development, sales and product teams to gain feedback on quality of MQLs generated from marketing campaigns
  • Continuously assess marketing technology tools to improve ROI, workflow and effectiveness
  • Manage, mentor and build the team in support of business goals 

We would love to hear from you if:

  • You have 10+ years of overall experience 
  • You have 5+ years of experience in demand generation, digital marketing, and Account Based Marketing in an Enterprise B2B company
  • You have experience in digital programs including SEM, paid media, ABM programmatic advertising, LinkedIn or similar programs
  • You have experience creating a strategy for global Account Based Marketing
  • You have a deep understanding of pipeline and account engagement analytics
  • You have proficiency in audience segmentation and content mapping to the buyer’s journey
  • You have experience executing ABM campaigns that directly contribute to pipeline growth using the modern marketer tools and channels including but not limited to list building and targeting, live events, webinars, microsites, account based ads, direct mail, and social network targeting.
  • You have experience in marketing and CRM tech stack, e.g. Salesforce, Marketo/Pardot, Demandbase
  • You have experience with management and ongoing development of a team of high performers
  • You have a problem-solving, analytical approach (e.g. A/B testing) to planning and executing campaigns that drive performance and ROI
  • You have a willingness to learn and work in a growing marketing team and collaborate with your teammates, step in where needed to provide cover
  • You thrive in a growth environment
  • You have strong relationship building and influencing skills, and are a believer in the power of teams
