We are looking for an experienced Office Manager to help us with administrative tasks for the China team. We continue to grow the team in Beijing, and in other cities, and will build new offices as needed.
Responsibilities for this role include but are not limited to:
Partner/Vendor management: manage vendor agreement and filing to ensure the compliance; monitor vendor’s work and service level, ensure the timely payment as well as invoice receive for finance compliance.
Office management for Soundhound Beijing and Shanghai teams.
Facility management: manage existing lease with existing office building management; identify new office alternatives when lease expires; manage office IT and remodeling projects.
Facilitate internal meetings and team buildings, coordinate travel arrangement for team members when needed
HR functions: coordinate interviews and communicate with the candidates;
Assist sales / BD team with administrative activities, including establish & maintain vendor records with customers; follow up NDA execution, manage customers’ royalty reports & payments, purchase demos devices.
5-10 years of working experiences as admin assistant or sales support in a field organization in a multinational company
Fluent in English, good at office tools, outlook, excel and PPT
