This role will play a vital part to our Network Security team and you would be working with our Director of InfoSec to secure SoundHound, Inc's Production, Development and Internal Network.

Responsibilities:

Monitoring system management and configuration
Continuous improvement of monitors, alerts, and run books to changing and evolving business requirements
Triage issues and tickets through resolution with a mind to continuous production support improvement
Monitor Network and Server infrastructure, (Dev, Prod, Internal).
Execute & coordinate on-call escalations for our 24x7x365 Operations Center.
Perform daily operational network & system infrastructure checks and balances for Prod, Dev and Internal Corp IT environments.
Administer and maintain standard operations procedure documentation, KB’s and Runbooks.
Good soft skills to communicate between different departments internally.
 
Qualifications:

Strong monitoring system knowledge, management, and configuration
Broad application stack technical capabilities spanning network, servers, and application layers.
Ability to triage complex technical  issues
At least 5 years of network/server/application monitoring experience.
At least 3 years of working in a 24x7x365 Call Center/Help Desk environment.
At least 3 years of experience maintaining SOPs/KBs/Runbooks.
At least 3 years of NOC/SOC experience.
