This is a product role on the technology team for product software development. This is not a retail product position.
As a Product Manager at SoulCycle you will define, and execute on, a roadmap focused on products that build relationships with our riders and drive business outcomes. As part of a growing product organization you will help to craft our approach to product development and play a key role in the future direction of SoulCycle. This position is full-time in our New York HQ.
ROLES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:
Develop and execute on a product roadmap that solves customer problems and has a positive impact on the business.
Work closely with key internal partners, including engineering, design, analytics, marketing, and operations, to guide prioritization and ensure that product development is focused, impactful, and iterative.
Define and analyze metrics that inform the success of products.
Integrate user research, market research, and data analysis into the product development process to create experiences our riders, studio staff, and instructors love.
Proactively identify and implement opportunities to improve the product development process and culture.
At least 5 years of hands-on product management experience.
Proven success partnering with a diverse range of stakeholders to create focus and deliver complex systems and products in an ever-evolving environment.
Strong quantitative and analytical abilities with a passion for data-driven decision-making.
Excellent communication and collaboration skills to create, and maintain, focus on key outcomes.
The ability to provide actionable and insightful feedback on products to other Product Managers to improve the SoulCycle experience as a whole.
A personal passion for fitness and/or the SoulCycle brand is a plus.
