ROLES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Digital marketing specialist with hands-on experience with Affiliate, Email, Paid Media, SEM, SEO & User Acquisition
  • Drive the evolution of SoulCycle’s digital marketing for retail business. Efficiently scale existing channel performance while creating innovative strategies to increase customer acquisition and retention
  • Manage monthly email calendar and analyze key performance indicators to increase email’s overall revenue contribution and increase efficiency in revenue per send
  • Partner with agency to manage execution of paid media campaigns across platforms including Facebook, Instagram, Google, Display, SEO and SEM
  • Launch and manage affiliate program  in order to bring in new customers
  • Liaise across the entire business for frequent collaboration with the Creative, Marketing, Brand, and Product teams
  • Work with Brand Marketing and Creative teams daily to drive creative innovation. Test creative voice and assets to get learnings to share back to the business
  • Create landing pages by campaign in order to optimize conversion
  • Partner with tech and creative team to SEO optimize SoulCycle Retail site including product and category pages
  • Analyze campaigns to create best practices, inform strategic improvements and report on weekly KPIs
  • Work with performance marketing execution and creative agencies on a daily basis
  • Consistently explore new opportunities for innovation and testing via new vendors, platforms, and proactively deliver recommendations

QUALIFICATIONS:

  • Have 5+ years of experience in online retail and digital marketing
  • Are highly analytical and will use data to drive decisions. Can transform detailed analysis into digestible content for cross-functional partners
  • Have a creative eye and can work with creative teams to create and optimize campaigns
  • Are an excellent communicator. Can communicate effectively across multiple business units and levels of leadership
  • Demonstrate strong digital and e-commerce knowledge and curiosity
  • Experience with HTML a plus
  • Knowledge in international expansion and GDPR a plus
