THE ROLE
This role will provide support to the daily operations of the boutique at busy periods and as additional coverage is required. You will also play an important role in assisting the Salon Team in upholding our company's policies and procedures.
RESPONSIBLITIES
- Contribute to the boutique's overall sales goals, working with the team to achieve success during peak periods.
- Ensure clients receive an outstanding and tailored experience by providing personalised, expert advice across luxury product categories.
- Establish and nurture relationships with new and existing clients, delivering excellent service that fosters loyalty and repeat business.
- Accurately capture and update client data to help personalise future service and maintain strong, long-term relationships.
- Assist with daily boutique operations, including floor management, inventory control, visual merchandising, and opening/closing duties as needed.
- Work closely with the Salon Team to ensure smooth and efficient store operations.
- Adhere to all security and compliance guidelines to protect both the client experience and boutique assets.
- Be aware of the surrounding luxury competitive environment, its dynamics and market trends
IDEAL EXPERIENCE & COMPETENCIES
- Previous experience in luxury retail or related high-end sales environments, with a strong understanding of the HNWI/UHNWI customer.
- Proven ability to provide high-quality customer service and create a memorable experience in a luxury retail environment.
- Solid understanding of luxury products, including watches, jewellery, and accessories, and the ability to advise clients with expertise.
- Ability to work flexible hours on an as needed basis, including weekends and/or busy periods.
- Strong ability to manage multiple tasks with precision and attention to detail, ensuring accuracy in sales and client service.
- A collaborative team player with a strong customer-oriented approach, dedicated to providing exceptional service in any capacity.
- Comfortable with MS Office and retail systems to support sales activities and operations.
- Fluency in English - additional language skills are a plus.
