About the role
 
We are seeking a Marketing Manager with extensive knowledge of Customer Marketing, ABM and Partner Marketing (Global Systems Integrators (GSI), Regional Systems Integrators (RSI) and smaller vendors in the digital transformation, AI and automation space.)  

This role will be responsible for developing and executing strategic partner marketing initiatives to drive revenue growth and strengthen our partnerships within the SI ecosystem. The other half of the role is to execute customer marketing activities through content and both online and offline events.  

Experience executing co-branded events in small to medium scale will be a big plus. The ideal candidate will have 10+ years of relevant experience in partner marketing, preferably in the SaaS industry. 

The role purpose and scope 

  • Develop and execute partner marketing strategies: Collaborate with the sales and marketing teams to develop comprehensive partner marketing strategies targeting GSIs, RSIs and Boutique SIs. Align these strategies with the company's overall marketing and business objectives.  
  • Cultivate and strengthen partnerships: Identify, onboard, and nurture strategic partnerships. Build strong relationships with partner contacts at various levels to drive mutual success. Serve as the main point of contact for partner marketing initiatives.  
  • Joint marketing campaigns: Work closely with partners to create joint marketing campaigns, including webinars, whitepapers, case studies, events, and other promotional activities. Ensure that these campaigns effectively communicate the value propositions and benefits of our products/services to customers.  
  • Enablement and co-marketing support: Provide guidance and support to partners in developing comarketing activities that align with their marketing goals and our brand guidelines. Collaborate with partners to create compelling marketing assets, such as sales collateral, digital content, and thought leadership pieces.  
  • Create customer specific content in the form of videos, newsletters, webinars etc through close collaboration with customer success teams. 
  • Performance tracking and reporting: Define key performance indicators (KPIs) and metrics to measure the success and impact of partner marketing activities. Regularly track and report on the performance of partner campaigns and initiatives. Use data-driven insights to optimize future strategies and investments. 
  • Internal collaboration: Collaborate closely with cross-functional teams, including sales, product, and marketing, to align partner marketing efforts with overall business objectives. Provide regular updates and communicate effectively with internal stakeholders to ensure alignment and maximize partnership opportunities. 
  •  Industry knowledge and competitive analysis: Stay up to date with industry trends, competitor activities, and emerging technologies related to GSIs and RSIs, as well as automation, digital transformation, and AI spaces. Leverage this knowledge to identify new partnership opportunities and propose innovative marketing approaches. 


Experience and skills
 

  • Proven 7-10 years of experience in customer and partner marketing, preferably in the SaaS or Enterprise Product industry. 
  • Extensive knowledge and experience working with the top Global Systems Integrators (GSI)  
  • Strong understanding of partner ecosystems, including partner recruitment, enablement, and joint marketing activities. 
  • Demonstrated track record of successfully executing partner marketing strategies and campaigns, resulting in measurable business outcomes. 
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to build strong relationships with partners and internal stakeholders. 
  • Proactive and self-motivated with the ability to work independently and as part of a team.  
  • Strong project management skills with the ability to manage multiple initiatives and deadlines simultaneously.  
  • Understanding/background in automation, digital transformation, and/or AI space is useful.
